I am a Seeker, Yogini and certified Teacher by the Learning Love Institute in Sedona. Sharing my own life experience, I help people awaken their passion and intelligence to live with authenticity, love and creativity.

My approach is holistic and combines Yoga and Meditation, Bioenergetics, Inner Child Work, Gestalt-based therapy, Constellations and movement therapy. Depending on your needs, on where you are at in your life, we will combine one or more of these tools.

The cause of our pain is often a state of disconnection. We need to grow our awareness in order to reconnect with a basic trust in themselves and transform our wounds in talents, like a lotus in ta muddy wather can blossom and flower. The Learning Love work is about learning the art of deep, committed, and sustained intimacy. We all need love and connection in our life, and we need to learn both.
